Information on investment funds managed by Mount TFI:

A detailed description of subscription terms, risk factors and fees and other information relevant to participants and potential investors, including in particular regarding the acquisition of investment certificates issued by closed end investment funds, can be found in the emission terms prepared by these funds in connection with the issue of investment certificates. The aforementioned documents are available at the Mount TFI head office, with entities offering investment certificates, or on the Mount TFI website after logging in using the access code issued by Mount TFI

Mount TFI and investment funds managed by Mount TFI do not guarantee the implementation of the investment objective referred to in the articles of association of these funds or the achievement of a certain result. An investment fund participant has to take into account a possible loss of at least a part of the committed funds. All financial information published on the website are a result achieved in a particular period in the past and as such do not constitute a guarantee of obtaining similar results in the future. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the results do not include fees for the sale or redemption of investment certificates or taxes due. The individual rate of return of a Participant is not identical to the investment results of funds managed by Mount TFI and depends on the day of purchase and purchase of investment certificates and on the level of handling fees, including fees for purchasing investment certificates and paid tax directly charging income from investments in the fund, in particular, capital gains tax. Detailed information on the amount and method of collecting the handling fees is available under the terms of issue of investment certificates of each fund.

Due to the composition of the investment portfolio of the fund or the portfolio management techniques used, the net asset value of investment funds managed by Mount TFI may be highly volatile, therefore the possibility of losing at least part of the paid-up capital should be taken into account. Depending on the relevant tax obligations, the Participant may also be required to pay a tax directly charging income from investment in funds. Particular investment funds managed by Mount TFI may invest up to 35% of the value of its assets in securities issued by the State Treasury, the National Bank of Poland, a local government institution, an EU Member State, a local government institution of a Member State, an OECD member state, or an international financial institution in which the Republic of Poland or at least one Member State is a member. Detailed information in the aforementioned scope can be found in the articles of association and terms for issuing investment certificates of these funds.

The sources indicated directly with given data are Mount TFI’s own calculations based on publicly available information.
