Jan Motz

Founder and CEO of Capital Park, with over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector. He has been involved in the preparation, financing, and execution of numerous commercial projects — particularly office developments.

From 1986 to 2001, he was the owner of Progressive Development Inc., a U.S.-based construction company. In the 1990s, he held shares in a group of Polish companies affiliated with Euro RSCG, one of Europe’s leading marketing groups. In 1997, he founded Communication One Inc., which included Call Center Poland SA — a market leader in call center services in Poland.
Jan Motz is also a member of the Program Council of the Civic Development Forum led by Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz.

Andrzej Wójcik

President of the Management Board at Satoria Group S.A. He completed an Executive Development program at the Canadian International Management Institute and postgraduate studies in Corporate Value Management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

He gained experience in business and modern management through leadership roles in marketing and business development for various companies in Poland. He also spent 9 years in the United States, where he operated his own business. He holds managerial education credentials from both Poland and the U.S. Outside of work, he is an active sailor, skier, and tennis player, with a keen interest in history and cinema.

Katarzyna Ishikawa

Practicing attorney and member of the Kraków Bar Association. She completed her judicial apprenticeship at the Kraków District Court in 1998, passing the judge’s exam, and later completed her bar apprenticeship, passing the bar exam in 2001.

Since 2009, she has been a partner at Ishikawa, Brocławik. Attorneys-at-Law. She is listed on the national registry of auditors, controllers, and related specializations maintained by PIKW Sp. z o.o.

Her legal practice focuses on capital markets, corporate law, real estate development, project finance, commercial lease transactions, litigation, and legal advisory for leading retail firms in Poland. From 2004 to 2007, she served as an arbitrator for the Stock Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. She has also held supervisory board positions at:

  • Call Center Poland S.A. (2002–2007)
  • Capital Park S.A. (2013–present)
  • Mount Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (2017–present)
