Mount Investment Fund Company S.A., operating in the market since 2016, and Q Value S.A., an independent distributor of investment funds present in the market since 2014, have entered into a cooperation agreement. The aim of the partnership is to combine the Company’s competencies in professional portfolio management (asset management) with Q Value’s technological and educational strengths.
Mount TFI, licensed by the Financial Supervision Commission for portfolio management since May 2025, has been specializing in an individual approach to investing for years. The asset management service allows clients to benefit from dedicated investment strategies, built on in-depth market analysis, asset diversification, and the latest risk management solutions.
The collaboration with Q Value will enable Mount TFI to significantly increase the scale of reaching investors with information on what wealth management entails and what benefits it brings in an increasingly rapidly changing world.
“The client’s needs and their long-term interest always come first. The educational aspect is extremely important here. As a result, the investor understands our strategies and gains a sense of security, knowing that their capital is managed in a thoughtful and transparent manner,” emphasizes Mariusz Jagodziński, a board member of Mount TFI responsible for the asset management service.
In June 2025, Mount TFI launched its asset management service and has already signed its first management agreements. By the end of the year, the TFI plans to manage over 100 million PLN within the service.
“Comprehensive private wealth management requires excellent supervision, strategic thinking, and the ability to integrate a wide range of solutions in a dynamically changing, global reality.
We serve families, including those in succession processes, business owners, entrepreneurs, and management staff. We understand that each family, its business, and values are unique, which is why we offer high-quality, personalized services covering every stage of wealth management – from building it, through consolidation, to planning and implementing succession. This allows us to provide our clients with support that not only meets current needs but also supports their long-term goals and vision for the future,” says Michał Stanek, President of the Management Board of QValue SA.
Both companies plan joint educational activities and promotion of professional portfolio management. These will include training sessions, webinars, and publications showcasing the practical benefits of wealth management – including diversification, flexible response to market changes, and the use of innovative investment tools.
The partnership also has a technological dimension – it includes the development of analytical tools, automation of investment processes, the use of big data in market analysis, and the implementation of solutions compliant with ESG standards.
