Nicholas Mikołaj Motz
FOUNDER AND CEO
An investor and fund manager with many years of experience as an investment director. He gained experience in international investment funds and worked on some of the largest private debt transactions in Poland. He specializes in creating investment products and managing investment funds.
Michał Ferenc
MEMBER OF THE BOARD, DIRECTOR OF ASSET MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT
For nearly two decades, he worked at major investment funds and financial institutions in Poland. He specializes in managing bond funds and has executed over 100 private debt transactions with a total value of 1 billion PLN. He holds the ACI Dealing Certificate.
Mariusz Jagodziński
MEMBER OF THE BOARD, FUND MANAGER
He has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Former Director at the Asset Management Office of BM Kredyt Bank, founder and board member of TFI Kredyt Bank, and in recent years, the CEO of AgioFunds TFI S.A. He holds a securities broker license and an investment advisor license.
Jakub Pacholec
MEMBER OF THE BOARD, FUND MANAGER
With nearly a decade of experience in transactions on the Polish real estate market, he has supervised and structured transactions totaling over 1 billion PLN. He holds licenses for securities brokerage and investment advisory.
Bożena Dewiszek
MEMBER OF THE BOARD FOR RISK MANAGEMENT
A manager with extensive experience in accounting and valuation of investment funds. She specializes in risk management for real estate and financial transactions. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, as well as licenses for investment advisory and securities brokerage.
Justyna Olejnik
INVESTMENT DIRECTOR
She began her career in 2011, working with corporate bonds. She has worked for major brokerage firms in Poland and has excellent analytical capabilities and experience in creating investment products. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification, as well as licenses for investment advisory, securities brokerage, and the ESG Investing certificate issued by the CFA Institute.
Jakub Jesionek
FUND MANAGER
With over 15 years of experience in asset management, he has conducted approximately 80 private debt transactions with a total value of 900 million PLN. He has previously collaborated with major investment fund companies, international investment banks, and global advisory firms. He is a participant in CFA and ACCA programs and is a graduate with honors from the University of Westminster in London, majoring in Business Management - Finance.

Supervisory Board
Jan Motz
Founder and CEO of Capital Park with 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. He was involved in the preparation, financing, and execution of many commercial projects, particularly office buildings. From 1986 to 2001, he owned Progressive Development Inc., a construction company operating in the American market. In the 1990s, he was a shareholder in a group of Polish companies belonging to Euro RSCG, one of the leading marketing conglomerates in Europe. In 1997, he founded Communication One Inc., a group that included companies such as Call Center Poland SA, a leader in the Polish call center services market. Jan Motz is a member of the Program Council of the Forum for Civic Development led by Prof. Leszek Balcerowicz.

Andrzej Wójcik
CEO of Satoria Group S.A. He completed a one-year Executive Development program at the Canadian International Management Institute and postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in Value Company Management. He gained business and modern management experience by managing marketing and development areas of various companies on the Polish market. He spent nine years in the USA, where he gained business experience by running his own company. He obtained managerial education in both Poland and the USA. Besides his professional work, he is actively engaged in sailing, skiing, and tennis, and has an interest in history and cinema.
Katarzyna Ishikawa
She practices as a lawyer and is a member of the Krakow Bar Association. She completed judicial apprenticeship at the District Court in Krakow, which she completed in 1998 with a judge's examination, and then she completed her attorney apprenticeship, which she completed in 2001 with an attorney's examination. Since 2009, she has been a partner at the Ishikawa, Brocławik law firm. Lawyers and Legal Advisers Sp.p. She is listed on the national list of auditors, controllers, and related specializations maintained by PIKW Sp. z o.o. In her legal practice, she deals with matters related to the capital market, corporate affairs, property development, financing of investment projects, commercialization of retail and office space, economic processes, and legal services to entities that are market leaders in the Polish retail industry. From 2004 to 2007, she served as an arbitrator of the Stock Exchange Court at the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In addition, she has and continues to hold the positions of Member of the Supervisory Board in, among others: (2002 – 2007) Call Center Poland S.A., (2013 – present) Capital Park S.A., (2017 – present) Mount Investment Fund Company S.A.
